How to Order
We operate primarily through direct communication to avoid middlemen and keep prices low.

**Important:** We do not use online checkout because these are export machinery units, not retail products. Every order requires shipping arrangements and export documentation.
Shipping & Export Policy (FOB Terms)
All trucks are sold under **FOB (Free On Board) China Port** terms.
This means the factory is responsible for:
* Manufacturing and preparation
* Quality inspection
* Delivering the truck to the Chinese seaport
* Export clearance in China
* Loading the truck onto the vessel
Once the truck is loaded onto the ship, the shipment becomes the buyer’s responsibility.
The buyer is responsible for:
* Ocean freight (shipping cost)
* Insurance (optional but recommended)
* Destination port charges
* Customs duties and taxes
* Local transportation from port

Customs Clearance Requirement
Every buyer **must have a customs clearing agent** (broker) in their country before shipment arrives.
Your clearing agent will:
* Receive the Bill of Lading and documents
* Clear the truck through customs

* Arrange pickup from the port
We will provide all export documents needed, but we cannot clear goods inside your country.

Bulk Orders & Container Loading
For customers purchasing multiple vehicles, we offer container optimization.
If you order **up to 10 trucks**, the factory can:
* Partially disassemble the vehicles
* Load them into a single container
This significantly reduces shipping cost per unit compared to shipping fully assembled trucks.
After arrival, the trucks can be easily reassembled by a mechanic using standard tools. We also provide guidance if needed.
